Old country house with annex and plot of land located in the outskirts of a big village near river, hills and fields 50 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor and holds five premises – lobby, common room and three more rooms which used to be bedroom, living room and kitchen. The annex near the main building used to hold big corridor, spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette as well as a separate premise which was used as bathroom. For many years the property had been empty and the lack of maintenance and proper care had taken its toll.
