Big rural house with a plot of land situated in a big village about 30 km away from the town of Montana.The house consists of two floors which are connected via external staircase.The first floor has two rooms and one very big premise.The second floor has a small balcony,three rooms,big and spacious corridor and a premise for a bathroom.The owners of the house had decided to fully reconstruct it from the inside and began work on the first floor several months ago but eventually dropped the idea because of lack of funds.Their plans were to create a guest house.The property is really good for this option and is less than 100 m. away from the center of the village.The forest and the mountains near the house are suitable for hunting and the small dam outside the village is popular among the local fishermen.There are a lot of nice historical sites in the surrounding which are also suitable for camping.The mountains in the area are good for climbing.The views from the property are nice especially during spring and summer.The village is situated on a main international road and has a lot of shops and stores.There is also a gas station right outside the village.Bus transport towards Vidin,Sofia and Montana is available on a regular basis.
