Nice country house with big plot of land,summer kitchen and garage located in a village near dam 65 km away from the town of Vratsa,Bulgaria.The house has two floors.The ground floor consists of lobby,corridor,basement and kitchen.The second floor has terrace,corridor,living room and two bedrooms.The garage is located next to the house.The bathroom is at the back of the garage in another premise.Behind the house is the summer kitchen along with several sheds and a fresh water well.The summer kitchen has a single room and is not in very good condition.There is also a big storage room near one of the sheds at the back of the summer kitchen.The yard is big - 2000 sq.m. and has a lot of different plants in it - fruit trees,flowers,vegetables,other trees.The yard is divided in three different parts - the first one has the house,the garage,summer kitchen,water well and some vegetables in it.The second part has some grass and a small vineyard while the third has fruit trees in it.The property is very good and requires mainly small cosmetic repairs and new furniture in order to be brought back to life.It is located on a main asphalt road and is accessible during the whole year.The village is very good - nice and quiet.It has scenic surrounding area with amazing landscapes.There is also nice big dam just outside the village.Very good property for peaceful living away from the noisy and crowded cities.
