Old country house with annex and plot of land located in the outskirts of a big village near river, hills and fields 50 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor and holds five premises – lobby, common room and three more rooms which used to be bedroom, living room and kitchen. The annex near the main building used to hold big corridor, spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette as well as a separate premise which was used as bathroom. The nearest town is 10-12 km away from here and is the seat of the local council. It provides administrative services to the local population as well as police station, fire station, gas stations, car service stations, farmer`s market, furniture store, shops for clothes, shoes, electric appliances, books, various tools and materials, banks, ATMs, restaurants, bars, hotel, schools, kindergartens, hospital, cinema, library, etc. The village has regular bus links to the town, to the regional capital city Vratsa and the national capital Sofia.
