Big rural property with barn, garage and plot of land situated in a quiet village near forest and hills 110 km northeast from Sofia, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of corridor and three rooms. In the old days these used to be living room, kitchen and basement. Nowadays all premises downstairs are used as storage rooms. Above them is the second floor. Here one enters into a small lobby which leads to a corridor that connects four different rooms – bathroom with toilet, big living room, and two bedrooms. There is also a kitchenette in the main section of the corridor. Next to the house one can find parking area for one car, big barn with several premises and another storage building attached to the barn. All buildings have two floors. The parking area which is located between the house and the barn has access from inside the yard and also from the street. Under it one can find space suitable for outside sitting area, BBQ or relax zone. The next building is the spacious barn. It has three very big rooms downstairs – two storages and workshop. Over the external staircase one can go to the second floor of this structure. There are two very big rooms here that also share a wide, long terrace with great overview of the whole property and nice views towards forest and hills. The garage is also located here. Just like all premises situated on the second floor, the garage also has direct access to the main road which passes at the border of the property. The last structure here is a small, two level storage building which also served as barn in the old days. While walking through the plot of land one can find an old BBQ area, outside toilet, well maintained vines and fruit trees. The garden is surrounded by fence from all sides so the boundaries are easily distinguishable and visible. Currently the property is empty but the owners are doing their best to come at least once a month. The property is located on the main road within the limits of the village. The road ends in the center which is about five minutes away by foot from the house. The lack of any transit traffic or industry here provides plenty of peace, quiet and fresh air. The village is located about 15 minutes away by car from the nearest town which is also seat of the local council. There one can find all the grocery stores, various shops and stores necessary to buy stuff for everyday living. From food and construction materials to clothes and shoes, one can find all the bits and pieces there. The town also has gas stations, car service stations, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, hospital, emergency room, administrative services, police station, fire station, bus station, train station, library, cinema, disco, bars, restaurants, etc. There are regular bus and train connections from the town to the regional capital city Vratsa, the national capital Sofia, the seaside resorts and many other areas across Bulgaria. The vicinity of the house is good for hunting and tracking, off-road cycling, photography, collecting of wild mushrooms, berries and herbs, etc. Nice rural property with good location, plenty of built area and pleasant views at a fair price.
