Rural property with barn, small annex and plot of land situated in a big village near river 25 km northwest from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors and shares common wall with the building next door. In the past the two properties belonged to two brothers. Today both houses are empty and one of them is for sale. It has external staircase connecting the ground level and the second floor. Downstairs one can find corridor with storage area, living room and bedroom. Years ago the previous inhabitants of the place used the corridor also as a sort of a kitchenette. Later the cooking activities were shifted to the small annex attached to the house. There you can get on a train and reach the near town of Krivodol which is the seat of the local council or you can go to the near cities of Montana and Vratsa, reach the national capital Sofia and many other towns and villages across Bulgaria. The village has three grocery stores, café-bar, post office and mayor`s office. The nearest gas station, bank and ATM are about 10 km away from here. The area is very quiet and clean without any industry for miles. The main business is farming and most people in the village are retired and are enjoying peaceful living in the countryside.
