It offers to the locals two shops, café-bar, local post office, mayor`s office, school, kindergarten, church, etc. There is regular bus transport as buses travel through the village connecting it with the regional center Vratsa and the national capital city Sofia. Sofia International Airport is about two, two and a half hours away from the property, while the regional center Vratsa is within about 40 minutes travel with a car. There are two small towns within 15 km distance from the house. Each of them has emergency room, police station, bank branch and ATMs, restaurants, bars and construction material stores, gas stations, schools, etc. The area around the village is used for farming and there is no industry for miles which grants plenty of nice fresh air all the time. There are three lakes in vicinity – one less than a kilometer away from the house, another which is about 3 km away in the opposite direction while a third lake can be found 5 km away. The nearest river is within about 10 km from here. All of these places provide good conditions for fishing and camping. There are people from UK, Belgium, The Netherlands and a few other countries living in the area all year round. The village is also famous as the place where archeologists had discovered one of the biggest, ancient Tracian treasures in Bulgaria.
