The property is located in the outskirts of a small village part of a rural area about 30 km away from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The surroundings of the settlement are a great mixture of hills, fields and forest. The house is situated at the end of a quiet side street and its location provides great, undisturbed panoramic views towards the forest, fields, hills and the distant mountain range which is more than 30 km away. The property includes the main building, a storage building bordering the road and a small shelter attached to one of the sides of the house. The storage is used mainly to provide shelter for the gardening tools and equipment but it can be rearranged to serve as a single or double garage. The property also has a driveway so getting from the road to the front door of the house even in the worst of weather is easy. The main building has two floors connected via external staircase. Walking through the front door you enter a big, well sun-lit conservatory which is used as relax area during the spring to autumn period of the year. Walking down the corridor you get to the staircase leading to the second floor. The space under the stairs here is used to form a small closet suitable for keeping of the cleaning tools and equipment. Just like the porch outside, the wooden staircase connecting the two levels of the house is made of nicely carved natural wood and ecofriendly materials providing great, distinctive looks and charm to this section of the house. Upstairs you reach another short corridor which provides you access to the attic over short stairs situated to your right. By choosing to walk down the corridor you get to the rest of the premises – master bedroom and second bedroom located to your left side, a bathroom with a bath tub at the end of the corridor and a neat, small toilet with sink and shower located to your right. The master bedroom has an air conditioner and a cooling fan installed. The bathroom provides great panoramic view towards the yard and distant fields and hills. The house has new wiring and plumbing, the roof had been revised a few years ago and there are external insulation and central heating. All windows and doors are changed to double-glazed PVC standard, while the walls have received a new coat of plastering and paint and are currently in good condition. The floors downstairs are covered with terracotta tiles while upstairs they are done with wood in order to preserve the heat and provide a distinctive finish to the rest of the interior in this part of the house. The village has post office, mayor`s office, grocery store and coffee shop. It is situated about half an hour away from the regional center and seat of the local council Vratsa. There is another town at roughly the same distance from here. The national capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about two hours away from here.
