Old country house with plot of land situated in a big village near the Danube river 65 km away from the City of Pleven, Bulgaria. The property consists of an old country house with two floors, a couple of small farm buildings and a plot of arable land. The ground level consists of an old shower room, corridor and living room. Over the external stairs one can get to the second floor where small terrace, corridor and two bedrooms are situated. The farm buildings are in relatively bad shape and are scattered across the yard with two of them being relatively close to the house. The property is situated on the main street of the village just next door to a small grocery store and coffee shop. About 2 km down the road from here is the local gas station while the main square of the village with the mayor`s office, local chapel, library and more shops and bars is about 3 km away. At the same distance is the local river pier and small port on the Danube. The village is big and long and is a home of more than 2000 people including foreigners. The area around is agricultural due to the good climate conditions and the soil. This provides plenty of peace, quiet, clean air and fresh food to the locals. It is the seat of the local council and there one can find shops and bars, restaurant, school, kindergarten, emergency room, car service station, gas station, library, bus transport to the national capital city Sofia as well to the regional capital Vratsa, a ferry crossing into Romania, etc. The nearest big city is Pleven which is one of the biggest settlements in the central part of northern Bulgaria. It provides lots of various amenities to the local residents as well as many tourist sites to visit and is less than three hours away by car or train from Sofia.
