Country house with plot of land located in a big and quiet village 30 km away from the town of Montana,Bulgaria.The house has two floors connected via external staircase.The ground floor has small lobby,corridor,living room,kitchen and basement.Here some renovation had been done with the living room and kitchen receiving new flooring and new,insulated double glazed windows.The second floor has a small terrace overlooking at the street and the neighboring properties, along with wide corridor and three bedrooms.The yard is 930 sq.m. and is divided in two parts - front of the house (where used to be flowers ) and back of the house(space for fruits,vegetables,vineyard,fruit trees and also a derelict storage building).On the right side of the house is where the fresh water well is situated.The house has two different water supplies - the well and the water from the public water pipeline.The surrounding area is nice and quiet.The village is located in a valley surrounded by hills and forest.Very good place to spend the weekend.
