Old country house with plot of land situated in a big village near river 60 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house had been empty for nearly a decade now and requires a good cleanup and some repairs. The property is located on the main road of the village about 10 minutes away by foot from the center, pharmacy, café-bar, grocery store, gas station. The house has two floors and attic level. They are all connected via solid external staircase. The ground floor consists of three rooms and corridor while the upper level holds three premises, corridor and a balcony facing the street and providing views towards the neighboring properties and the surrounding area.
