Country house with annex, garage and land located in a village near river 65 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria

Old country house with annex, barn and land located in a big village 65 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor and holds lobby, living room, two bedrooms and closet. The annex is attached to the main building and consists of basement, storage room, corridor, kitchen and shower room. The rest of the annex served as workshop many years ago. Across the yard from here is the garage which can hold one small or medium sized car. The garden that comes with the house is nice and flat. It is surrounded from all sides by fence and its borders are easily visible. There are some vines here as well as a small strawberry patch, several fruit trees and enough open space for a vegetable garden and flower patch. The property is located on the main street of the village and less than 50 meters away from grocery store and bus stop. There is a gas station about 500 meters down the road from the house. The village center is at about 15 minutes walking distance. There are the local post office, mayor`s office, park, bar and another grocery store. The house is about two kilometers away from a big river and nice area suitable for fishing and camping. The vicinity of the village is a mixture of fields and small hills. The area is agricultural and there is no industry for miles so clean, fresh air is granted. The village is about five kilometers away from the seat of the local council which is in another near settlement. There one can find gas station, police station, doctor, dentist, construction material store, fire department, etc. The bigger village also has regular bus transport to the regional capital city Vratsa and the national capital Sofia.
