The real estate is located in the outskirts of a quiet village part of a mountainous area about 40 km northeast of the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property consists of garage, annex, house and farm buildings. The main building is attached to the annex, garage and the stables and there is quick access from one structure to another. It is located about 10 km away from two small towns and at a 45 km distance from the regional capital city Vratsa. In the towns one can buy or order construction materials, electrical appliances, furniture, clothes, shoes, food and beverages, etc. One of the towns has hospital, police station, fire station, gas stations, car service stations, bars and disco, library, cinema, restaurants, etc. It takes about 15-20 minutes of driving to get to there.
