Nice villa with amazing panoramic views and quiet location in the mountains 60 km to the north from Sofia, Bulgaria. The villa has three floors. The main entrance is located at the second floor. From here one has access to all levels of the building through the solid internal staircase. Going down the stairs leads you to the ground floor. There are two big premises here which are connected by a short corridor. One of the rooms was left for a very big & spacious living room with fireplace and the other was designed as large bathroom with toilet. These are currently used as storages as the old owners did not had the chance to complete them in the way they had envisaged. Upstairs is the second floor. Again there is a short corridor here which connects the main entrance of the house and the staircase with a nice little kitchen and big living room. Both the kitchen and the living room have terraces located to the sides of the house. Under these terraces one can find two additional premises situated on the ground floor. One of them is used as storage for gardening tools while the other is currently empty but it could serve as a good addition to the living room on the ground level. The top floor here is the third. It has three small bedrooms. The house was built in 1992 and has main water supply, regular electricity and three phase electricity. It has concrete plates between the floors and very solid structure. It needs some completion and a bit of renovation but the location and the views that the place offers are worth every penny. The villa is located in a relatively remote area on top of the mountains 3 km away from two villages. It comes with a big plot of land (2000 sq.m.) which is both sloped and in some areas terraced.  It provides lots of open space as well as more than 20 different fruit trees such as plums, cherries, apples, pears, etc. There are a couple of houses in the area but all properties are at 300-400 meters distance from each other. One of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria passes about 4 km away from the property offering lots of nice places suitable for fishing and camping. Hunters and photographers will enjoy the dense mixed forests in the area where they can encounter various types of animals. The forests and the wide open hillsides provide plenty of tracks and trails connecting interesting spots related with the local history, culture and nature sites. In 15 km distance from the villa one can visit a nature park, a couple of historical landmarks, big monastery and several tourist sites and trails. The area is very popular among the population of the national capital Sofia as well as among tourists and foreigners. There are people from the United Kingdom and Italy currently living in the neighboring villages. There is no industry for miles which grants plenty of peace, quiet and fresh mountain air every day. The area offers wild mushrooms, forest fruits, berries and herbs which one can easily gather and use at home for making different dishes, a cup of tea or natural home-made remedies.
