Solid country house with two garages and plot of land situated in a village near forest and river 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of corridor, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room also has a terrace. Over the solid internal staircase one can go to the second floor. Here the old owners used to produce traditional spirits and wine for domestic use and for other people from the village and the surrounding area. The distillery occupies this building while three other premises attached next to it are used as storage areas for the ready products, for fire wood, construction materials, etc. The garden is very well maintained and offers good amount of space. There is a great vineyard following the borders of the property and surrounding it from the side facing the street thus providing shade, privacy and of course big volumes of  tasty grapes suitable for wine and spirits. At the far end of the property two more garages are located. The property has one freshwater well within its borders and another is situated on the pavement right next to the fence at the front side of  the property. Both have been used for many years by  the owners without any problem. They provide sufficient quantity of water all year round so the property has its own free water sources. The village where the property is located is nice and quiet. The surrounding area is a mixture of hills, fields and forest. A small river passes about 100-150 meters away from the house. It provides good conditions for fishing and camping. The nearest town is 10 km away from here and is the council center for the area. It offers several grocery shops, construction material store, service station, gas station, emergency room, primary school, kindergarten, dentist, administrative services, etc. The town also has a train station which has direct links to the national capital city Sofia and the regional capital Vratsa.
