Country house with annex and plot of land situated in a big village near river 55 km away from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the outskirts of the village and about 300 meters away from the river. The main building has one floor and consists of corridor, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and premise for bathroom. There is also basement beneath the house. Behind and to the side of it is the annex. It is a one level structure with two premises – kitchenette and living room. Further into the yard one can find storage and farm buildings as well as gated driveway with access to a side street. The garden is divided into three pieces each of them with a different size and purpose. The main plot is located behind the house and served as vegetable garden. The stretch of land between the borders of the property, the annex and the front plot served as an addition to the vegetable garden and was partially planted with flowers. The fruit garden is situated near the front border of the property and holds some vines, blackberries and two big cherry trees. Behind the house one can find an apple tree, sour cherry tree, a few vines and small strawberry patch. The property is located along with a few other houses and all of them are built around a wide, sunny meadow with a couple of walnut trees. The center of the village is about ten minutes away from here by foot. The house is not far away from the main road and a bus stop. In the center of the village one can find several café-bars, grocery stores, general store, construction material store, post office, the mayor`s office, library, kindergarten and school. The village has regular bus transport to the nearest town which is also the seat of the local council and is about 15 km away from here. There one can find gas stations, banks and ATM, hospital, dentist, police station, fire station, bus connections to the national capital city Sofia, the regional capital Vratsa, etc. Rural house with annex, land and quiet location.
