Country house with spacious yard and nice views situated in close proximity to forest 20 km away from ski and spa resort in the northwest of Bulgaria. The property is located in the outskirts of a quiet village up in the mountains about two hours away from Sofia and Sofia International airport. It consists of a rural house with big garden which holds some vines, fruit trees and lots of bushes, grass and various other types of trees. The ground floor of the house has short corridor, storage, premise designed to be living room with kitchenette and second storage room. Over the short external stairs one can go to the second level of the house. Here you have terrace with nice views towards the surrounding area, the yard and the distant mountain peaks and forest. The same view one can enjoy from the two rooms located here on the second floor. They are connected through a spacious corridor which also leads to the bathroom and toilet situated at the bottom of the level. The corridor on this floor is designed to provide space for a corner kitchen and the pipes and wiring are present. The two rooms here have received new laminated floors and a new switchboard had been fitted. The bathroom had been rebuilt and has new tiles, plumbing, electric heater, sink and toilet. The roof of the house had been revised and received new side skirt boards and new gutters. All the rich tiles have been replastered too. Currently the house is empty and ready for further improvements. The building is in good general condition but the yard requires a thorough cleaning. There is space for a driveway inside the property but that space is currently overtaken by some old furniture, vines and bushes. The village where this house is situated is quiet and relatively small. It is surrounded by hills and forest and provides lots of fresh air, peace and quiet. There are two towns within about 15-20 km distance from here and the regional capital city Montana is within about half an hour drive away.
