Old country house with barn, land and quiet location within the limits of a village 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The main building has two floors connected via internal staircase. The ground level has three rooms - kitchen, living room and dining room as well as corridor connecting them. Over the stairs you can go to the second floor. Here you have very big and spacious living room with balcony, two bedrooms, corridor and terrace. The living room can serve as master bedroom if rearranged. The balcony provides nice views towards the street, the small river passing nearby and at the surrounding area. The property has three separate entrances – small and big gate for the yard as well as the main door on the ground floor which grants direct access to the inside of the house and from there one can use the back door to go into the garden. The plot of land is mainly empty and covered with grass and bushes at the moment. There are just two or three big trees and a barn which is situated in the upper corner of the yard. The property is located on a nice and sunny spot not far away from a small river. The center of the village, the mayor`s office, the post office, main bus stop, school, café-bar and shop are within about five minutes walking distance from here. The road in front of the property was completely redone last year and the house has very good all year round access. The village where this house is situated is big and lively. It is located halfway between the regional capital city Vratsa and two smaller towns. There is regular bus transport from Vratsa to here and after the roadworks in the area are completed the big city will be within less than 30 minutes of driving. As regional capital Vratsa provides big hospital, good dental care services, car repair stations, gas stations, police and fire station, schools, kindergartens, hotels, theater, cinema, big library, two museums, many shops, stores and supermarkets, bars, restaurants, disco, coffee shops, etc. The city also has good rail and road links to the national capital Sofia and many other towns and villages in the area.
