Old country house with plot of land and nice views situated in the outskirts of a village 15 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors as well as big attic space which can be converted into living area. The place is very solid but needs certain amount of work as it had been empty for almost two decades. All levels of the building are connected via solid internal staircase. The ground floor has corridor and three rooms. Sofia and Sofia International Airport are less than two hours away. An old house with nice views and lots of potential at a fair price.
