Old country house with spacious plot of land located in the outskirts of a big village near main international road 35 km to the north from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property consists of solid main building, summer kitchen (annex), farm/storage building and vast plot of land with area of 4000 sq.m. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of corridor, two basements and another premise which was used as living room. There was also a small kitchenette in the corridor. Over the solid internal staircase, made of nicely carved stone blocks, one can go to the second floor. It holds three bedrooms, corridor and a small terrace. The house also has a big under roof space which is accessible over wooden internal staircase.  This area here can be used as storage or can be transformed into another room – cabinet, gym, games room, etc. Behind the house is the summer kitchen which represents  a one level structure with three rooms – kitchen, dining room and storage room. Next to the annex is the farm building which can be also used as storage area for firewood, construction material, etc. The property had been empty for many years now and time had taken its toll. The area around the buildings is covered with bushes and grass. All buildings need renovation as nobody had lived in them for almost a decade. The house is solid and in generally good condition but it needs some work on the roof and mainly on the ground floor which needs plastering of most of the walls. Upstairs all three bedrooms are in relatively good condition. They might need some plastering but can also go only with a new coat of paint on the walls. The wooden floors here are completely intact, in very good condition and just need to be varnished. The glass frames are in good condition as well, but the pieces of broken glass here and there have to be changed. The annex needs more work but can be turned into a nice small guest house with all the necessary amenities for your visitors. The farm building is in bad condition but it can be restored as well. It is possible to make at least one premise suitable for a garage here. Most of the plot of land is kept in good condition and is covered only with grass. There are a couple of trees in the yard too – two or three walnut trees, a pear tree and a big pine which provides nice shade at the back of the house – the perfect place for rest and relaxation during the hot summer afternoons.  The property is located on a corner and can be approached from two different streets. The main road and the center of the village are within about 15-20 minutes distance by foot from here. The area is very quiet and provides good conditions for those who are looking for a quiet place where they won`t be bothered by heavy traffic, noise and curious neighbors. Some of the houses in the neighborhood are inhabited all year round. The rest are used as holiday homes or their owners (usually old, retired people) come back to their properties and stay here from spring till autumn in order to work on the land. The village where this property is situated, is about 35 km to the north from the regional capital Vratsa. It is the seat of the local council and provides many amenities such as kindergarten, primary and secondary school, dental practice, general practitioner, pharmacy, bank branch and a couple of ATMs, administrative services, regular bus transport to the regional capital city Vratsa and to the national capital Sofia.  Here one can find also a police station, restaurant, several coffee shops, a couple of grocery stores, general store, construction material store, small market, library, gas station, etc. Main international road passes through the village and connects the area with the Danube river and the border with Romania which are about one hour away from here. Old property with quiet location, several buildings and vast plot of land at a good price.
