Solid and spacious, furnished country house with great panoramic views situated in a quiet village in the mountains 70 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria. The house has three floors. The ground level consists of spacious living room with kitchenette, storage room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate shower room with toilet. Over the external stairs one can go to the second floor. It holds two terraces, living room with kitchenette and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms here also have separate bathrooms. One of the rooms has access to a terrace as well. The third level is the last floor. It has the same layout as the lower levels of the house but is not finished. There are three premises here which can be converted into either three more bedrooms or two big bedrooms and living room. There are premises for two bathrooms with the same size as downstairs but they need to be finished and fitted. This floor also has a terrace. The house is furnished and ready for living. Until recently the previous owners used it as a small family guest house they would rent to tourists for the weekends. All doors and windows are new, double-glazed, made of PVC. The bathrooms on the ground floor and second floor are finished, tiled, equipped and ready for use. The wiring and plumbing are new, the roof is in good condition. The property has its own waste water treatment plant which decomposes and purifies the waste water so it can be used for watering of the garden. Currently this water is not used in the property and is moved away over pipes to a ravine not far away. A nice outdoor BBQ area can be found just in front of the house – the perfect place to spend the summer evenings with friends. The property is within 50 meters distance from the center of the village. Parking of two or three vehicles is possible on the street next to the house. The spot where it was built is very good as it is sunny all year round and provides unique, undisturbed panoramic views at the rest of the village, the whole valley, distant mountains and forest. The local café-bar and shop are 50 meters away. At the same distance one can find the local mayor`s office and post office. Four kilometers down the road from the village, visitors can enjoy a nice restaurant located on a small hill. Here every spring singers and dancers from all over the country gather into a three day folklore festival.  Visitors here can enjoy some good food and great panoramic views towards the gorge of the Iskar river. Iskar is one of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria and passes about 5 km away from the village in an area known as the Iskar river gorge, which is considered one of the most scenic locations in the country. Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria is within one hour distance with a car. The nearest villages are about ten kilometers away from here. Both of them have railway stations and provide cheap and relatively fast transport to Sofia. It takes little bit more than an hour to get to Sofia from here via train. Those villages also have bigger grocery stores, café-bars and a nice restaurant. Within 20 km distance from the property tourists can visit a nature park, two monasteries, historical monuments or interesting sites such as waterfalls, rock formations, etc. 15 km away from here, one can go to a nice aqua park with restaurant, bar, disco and tennis courts. Those who love spending time out in the wild will be delighted with the surrounding area as it provides great conditions for many outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, climbing, photography, etc. Being situated in a village up in the mountains, the house offers lots of peace and quiet, sun and fresh air.
